How do I select the features I want to include in my one-of-a-kind gift drawing?
Just follow the easy point & click process starting with the Create It NOW link on the left. Continue clicking on your choices of the selections presented. As you make selections, you'll see the image of the choice you make appear on the top of the screen. When you finish, you'll have the opportunity to pick customizing "Add-on" illustrations (explained below).

What, exactly, will I receive?
You, or your gift recipient, will get a personalized, signed, original CreateMyGift 8 1/2 x 11 inch Framed Drawing, Labels or Staionery with all the details you specify, including the name of the gift recipient. I'll put in all the features, colors and "Add-ons" you select, produce it, frame it in a silver-toned aluminum frame and mail it to the person you specify.

What are Add-ons?
"Add-ons" give you the capability to further customize your gift, enhancing its uniqueness with illustrations that I add to the drawing. Select sports, hobbies, interests, pets, events, home, office etc. from a vast array of choices. And, if you don't see what you want, just ask for it and I'll fill your request. "Add-ons" are optional and cost only $2.00 each. Click here to see a partial list of "Add-ons".

Where will the Add-ons go?
As you can see from some of the samples, most "Add-ons" are placed on the "floor" of the picture, although I may draw some in a hand or wherever I think fits best depending on the basic image and the "Add-ons" selected. You'll see the "Add-ons" you choose listed on your Order Form, but you will not see the actual illustrations until you receive your CreateMyGift framed drawing.

What if I want an "Add-on" that I don't see?
You can enter anything you'd like to have in the "Other" boxes at the bottom of the "Add-ons" form and you'll see it added on your order when you check out.

Can I pick a different Clothing Color than the ones you show?
Yes, you can. Just enter any color of your choice in the space designated. You'll see your final Color choice listed on the Order Form.

Can I get a different Hairstyle than the ones shown?
If you don't see any hairstyle that resembles the one you want, just ask for it and I'll do my best to fill your request.

Can I order a different frame?
Not at this time. The silver-toned aluminum frame that comes with your gift drawing fits beautifully in any decor.

Can you include Gift Wrap and a Card?
Certainly. Just click on Gift Wrap at the bottom of the Add-ons page and enter the message you want me to hand write on the card. Gift Wrap & handwritten Card cost only $3.00.

I want something that I don't see. Can you create it for me?
I haven't been stumped yet! Send me your request in an E-mail and I'll respond promptly.

How soon will I receive the CreateMyGift personalized gift?
Individual orders usually ship with one week. Quantity Party Favors and Corporate/Business orders take longer, depending on the amount and complexity. I'll give you an estimated delivery time when you place your order, but please allow at least 14 working days. CreateMyGift drawings & products are made one at a time, by hand, not mass produced.

What if I want to add or change something after I've placed my order?
Quickly send E-mail to me! I usually start a drawing within 2 days after receiving the order and I'll gladly make any additions or changes if your request reaches me before then. If the drawing has been completed before I hear from you, I'll have to charge a nominal fee to redo it.

What if I have a question about my order?
Send your query via E-mail and be sure to include the name you used to place your order.

Can someone who is not on-line order a CreateMyGift?
Just ask me to E-mail an Order Form to you that you can print out and give to anyone who is not on-line.
