Beth originally designed “Flat Brat” as the masthead illustration for The Brat Town Bugle © – a template for kids’ newspaper developed by Benita Koeman of OperationWeAreHere* This “brat” jumped off the front page and into its present form as another bridge between deployed parents and their children.
